Shipping policy

Processing & dispatch
11:11 Strength creates the designs featured on our clothing. Please allow 2–3 days for production before dispatch. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and shipping method. During launches and holidays, dispatch may take longer. We’ll keep you updated by email.

Shipping rates & delivery
Available shipping methods, rates and any eligible shipping offers are shown at checkout for your items and destination. International shipping is available to destinations supported at checkout. Delivery timing varies by destination, shipping method and customs clearance.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take a little time to show its first update.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at 1111strength.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. We can't reroute packages once they're with the carrier, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. Still can't find it? Contact us at 1111strength.shop@gmail.com and we'll help make it right. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement.
