Shipping policy

Processing time
Every 11:11 Strength piece is made to order. Orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. During drop launches and holidays, processing can take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted by email.

Shipping rates & delivery
United States: standard shipping typically arrives 3–8 business days after processing. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 — applied automatically at checkout.
International: where available at checkout, international delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at 1111strength.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. We can't reroute packages once they're with the carrier, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. Still can't find it? Contact us at 1111strength.shop@gmail.com and we'll help make it right. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement.
